Compliant with ISO 9001, we ensure the reliability of our quality management system, guaranteeing rigor and traceability. Certified Ecovadis Bronze in 2025, we rank among the top 35% of companies in our sector and are targeting Gold certification by 2026. Among our six ingredient supplier partners, five are European companies assessed by Ecovadis, and more than 80% of our references comply with quality standards such as ISO 16128, RSPO, and Cosmos.

Delivery times vary depending on available stock and products. They generally range between 2 and 8 weeks.
The following products are, except in exceptional cases, available within 2 weeks: A-leen 5, E-leen 8, Hexiol, E-leen Green C, Twainmoist, Clotholine
The quantity depends on the packaging format available for the product. The minimum order is €300 incl. VAT.
You can request a sample by contacting your usual sales representative or by emailing adv@verfilcos.fr, or by clicking on "request a sample" on the product page of interest.
If you are unsure who to contact within the Verfilcos team, you can send an email directly to adv@verfilcos.fr and your request will be redirected to the right person.
The purchase of our raw materials is reserved for companies with a valid registration number.
Currently, Verfilcos sells its ingredients exclusively to companies based in France. If you are based in another country, please visit the website of our producing partners to get in touch with them.
We invite you to contact your sales representative or write to adv@verfilcos.fr within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include a detailed description of the issue and photos in the case of damage or a leak.
They will be sent to you as soon as possible.
