“Data Protection Officer” or “Data protection officer”: a natural or legal person responsible for overseeing an organization's compliance with the legal framework applicable to personal data protection (hereinafter: "DPO").
ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE
This Policy aims to describe the characteristics of the personal data processing operations carried out on the Verfilcos website, including cookies generated from the site, as well as the rights of the data subjects concerned by these processing operations. It contributes to providing clear information to the user of the Verfilcos website.

It also entrusts the hosting of its website to the following service provider:

This service provider may become aware of all or part of the personal information you provide, strictly within the scope of the activities entrusted to them by Verfilcos and their contractual commitments regarding security and confidentiality.

Connection to the Verfilcos site is secured by the https protocol.
Service providers operating on the site have all the required guarantees and operate within a strict contractual framework.
ARTICLE 9 – POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Verfilcos reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the processing operations carried out from its site, particularly due to its evolution or changes in the legal framework applicable to personal data protection.
