This texturizer optimizes formula quality by providing softness, compactness, and a matte effect thanks to its high oil absorption capacity. Thanks to its soft-focus action, it optically blurs wrinkles and fine lines by optimizing the transmission and diffusion of light on the skin surface, immediately providing a smoother and more youthful appearance. Dispersible in both water and oil, the CELUS-BI® FEEL range adapts to a wide variety of formulation types. Being heat-sensitive, it is recommended to incorporate it at the end of the process to fully preserve its properties.
